Standard support is free for KORVUE, however we offer extended support options that include:
- DirectConnect Support. This option gives you direct access via phone, email, and instant messenger to one or more assigned support personnel.
- Enterprise Support. This is an advanced support option that is tailored for your needs, including additional support segments, such as networking, hardware, and Citrix.
- Dedicated Support. When you want one or more specific people to support your account, so that they are familiar with your employees and envrionment, this option is perfect for you. Enhancements can even include dedicated phone numbers into our call center that allow your support team to answer the phone as your company's own support department.
- In-House Support. If you want one or more Verasoft support personnel to work onsite for a specific time period or indefinitely, this option is right for you.
- Customized Support. If you have special needs, we will work with you to create a customized solution, allowing you to pick and choose from all of our support options and enhancements.
