KORVUE Provider has always been a cool-looking application, but the latest version is a total makeover, from the ground up.

Verasoft is dedicated to keeping KORVUE and all related products on the cutting-edge of technology and sometimes that calls for rebuilding and that is what happened here.

This new KORVUE Provider literally runs on almost anything. That includes PCs, Macs, iPads, Windows and Android tablets, and even more. Verasoft was looking to not only improve on the capabilities of KORVUE Provider, but to extend it to the device of choice.

Many of our clients are practicing BYOD, which means bring your own device. So, their employees are bringing their iPads and tablets to work. This not only saves on equipment cost for the store, but also puts more control in the hands of the staff.

The new KORVUE Provider has a significant boost in functionality and the interface has been redesigned to maximize functionality and ease-of-use.

The purpose of KORVUE Provider is to allow a service provider to interact with their appointments, including viewing client history and notes, as well as modifying appointments with add-ons and upgrades.

Products can also be added to the appointment so they are bagged and ready at time of checkout. If a client expresses interest in products or services, you can star them and then the client can book or purchase them online.
